What is not covered
Not covered: fleet, off-road and commercial vehicles, vehicles over one ton capacity, vehicles off the road (winch-out) or already at a repair facility, and any vehicle the service provider decides is in a condition where service is likely to cause damage.
Theft, vandalism and accident-related incidents are not covered. Service may not be available where state or provincial providers are used exclusively.
Services not dispatched through the roadside line are not reimbursable. If you do not call, or the cost is above the limit, you pay the difference.
